Texapon (SLES) is a ready, mild surfactant with rich foam, used in shampoo, hand wash and dishwashing liquid.
- **What raw materials are needed to make dishwashing liquid?** A common formula: LABSA, caustic soda to neutralise it, SLES, CDEA for foam, a thickener such as HPMC or salt, EDTA, fragrance and dye. All are available at Al-Maraseel.
- **What raw materials are needed to make hair conditioner?** The base is CTAC as the conditioning agent and conditioner wax (cetyl or cetostearyl alcohol) for body, with optional Polyquaternium-7 and fragrance.
