We set our prices on a moderate margin we can sustain, not on the highest price the market will bear at a given moment. This lets us keep prices competitive over long periods and gives our customers a steadier basis for planning their production costs.

We value a customer's continuity and growth more than a high short-term profit. When a customer's factory grows, so do its orders; when its product quality is stable, so is our relationship. We treat every order as part of an ongoing relationship, not a one-off deal.

Why we don't publish fixed prices
Raw material prices move constantly with origin prices, freight costs and exchange rates, and the price of the same material varies with quantity and packaging. A published price soon becomes inaccurate, so we give each customer a direct, up-to-date quote that reflects the actual price on the day of the order.
What affects the price

- Import, freight and clearance costs
- Origin prices and the exchange rate at the time of order

Yes. Quantity is one of the main factors in the price, together with the material, the packaging and supply conditions, so please state the quantity and unit when you ask for a quote.
Is the price I'm quoted fixed?
A quote reflects the price on the day of the request. Because raw material prices change, we confirm the final price when the order is placed.
